Really thorough service – we’ve used Advance before for ad hoc servicing/troubleshooting and they’ve always been reliable and good value. Rick came round at short notice to quote for possible replacement of alarm keypad. He gave me a work around option rather than try to sell me a new alarm system and did the initial work that was required at NO Cost to me!! Excellent company, will use in the future.
